Please note that I rate the hikes for families with young children. For example, typical challenging hike is often moderate or easy in regular hiking guides.

Alberta is such a beautiful place to explore.
I spent many weekends with the family hiking the Canadian Rockies in the summer. During the week, I would explore a few times with our two little girls in tow.
I started writing a book in 2015 about some of our favourite hikes for families and the book was finally published it in June 2020!
