There are no words to describe everything that is going on in the world. I am personally finding strength in the world doing their best to work together. But it is all so crazy. Every time I turn on the news, more people are being infected and something else is closing.

Update:

With the newest release of schools and daycares closing in Alberta, I thought it was important to create an activity list to do with kids while you are stuck at home with them. Print it off and then message me or tag @BorntobeAdventurous in your activities. I would love to check in with you and make us feel closer together instead of feeling so far apart with all the social distancing. Just remember that when you are doing the outdoor activities to keep your social distance from other groups.

It is hard not to feel like everything is shutting down but just remember, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. We are all finding this together. I know that for mamas, isolation can be the worst for Post Partum Anxiety and Post Partum Depression. I have also heard that resources like counselors and psychologists are no longer able to see clients because of the virus. I know that I cannot offer much but if you have not already joined the Born to be Adventurous Mamas group on Facebook then get connected here. If you need anything because you are isolating then please do reach out.

Update: For day 10 of the 28 Days of Activities, the scavenger hunt, check out one of these Indoor and Outdoor Scavenger Hunts (+Free Printable).
